SCS - Harbison Race

I skipped the Tsali race, but I couldn't resist the Harbison race, which is only about 5 miles from where I grew up. I went down the night before and stayed with my brother. He and my Dad came out to watch me race. Good fun. As usual I had not preridden the course, so it was all a surprise. The course was pretty fast, but of course it was fast for everyone. I paced with Mike for the first 3/4s of the race and I guess it chewed him up since he fell off after that. I was certainly feeling the hurt at the end of this one. I broke into the top half too :).

Stats: 7th of 17, 20 miles, 101 mins, avg speed 11.9, avg HR 171, max HR 179, bike XTC.
